BOOKING POLICY

A  20% booking fee will be payable in order to secure your booking with the remainder of the cost payable at the end of your treatment. You can book through the online booking system on the booking page, or by contacting The Skin Sanctuary directly to book an appointment.

Please note that booking fees are non-refundable, however, can be transferred to another appointment if more than 24 hours' notice is given.  If you need to rearrange your appointment, please try to provide as much notice as possible.
 

Courses of treatments
For all treatments purchased as a course, times must be adhered to and treatments must be paid for in full, in advance of the first treatment.  All treatments must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

If you have purchased a course of treatments but fail to attend an appointment you will be charged for your missed treatment.

 

Late attendance may mean that your appointment is cancelled and your booking fee retained.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.  If you fail to attend an appointment without giving due notice, you may charged a cancellation fee and you may be required to pay for all future treatments in advance.

We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments.  Cancellations are accepted over the phone, via email or in person.  Please do not leave a voice message regarding a cancellation.

Please note clients can reschedule their existing booked appointment for a maximum of three times.  Any further rescheduling will be at the discretion of The Skin Sanctuary.  Extensive rescheduling per client in a very short time frame causes business disruptions which can affect existing clients.  The Skin Sanctuary wants to ensure disruptions are set to a minimum and provide all clients the best flexibility and assured times possible.
